Our first step is an intensive one, so buckle in.

We’ll meet for an in-person or online VIP Day, with a full day of bespoke business workshops carefully designed to help us step back, zoom out and strategise our next 6 months and beyond (minus the distractions).

It’s the ultimate CEO day & chance to smash the big red *PAUSE* button on business.

STEP TWO: LET’S GET REAL

Rome wasn’t built in a day, and your life-long business (or rich and retired future) won’t appear out of thin air. We’ve got work to do.

So, we’ll meet every month for a 90-minute vision + planning session. Think of it like your business board meeting. We’ll create a 30-day game-plan, work through business blocks and tick off key CEO action-steps so you can lead with confidence.

STEP THREE: YOUR REAL-DEAL PARTNER

For real-time problem solving, accountability and reality-checking, because we want the work on the business to translate in the business too.

Between calls you’ll have 1-1 voice-note & message support via Telegram. I’ll be your sounding board, confidant and side-kick while you scale, even (and especially for) the sticky, real action taking. I’ll draft responses to sticky clients with you. I’ll walk you through your next team meeting. I’ll be on the ground working through the real 6+ figure shit.

I’m your second pair of eyes, able to spot the things you can’t, see your whole business (and beyond) from above, and clear a pathway for you to follow.

It’s down to you (and your team if you have one) to implement our plans, but I’m here to support you every step of the way. I use a combination of Coaching (helping you see the answers) and Mentoring (supporting you to see solutions), and clients often refer to me as their Business Therapist, because of my approach that starts with understanding you and who you are.
Real change doesn’t happen overnight. This package of support has been specifically designed to allow us time and space to make a huge impact. At the size and stage of business you’re at, it’s important for us to be able to accurately analyse trends and data, as well as trial and test new strategies. So, although we’ll move fast, we’ll move strategically, and with careful reflection.
Your initial VIP Day will take place either in-person or online. It forms a core part of our process together and is included in month one of the service, so we can step back, zoom out, and take strategic action, without distractions. VIP Days can also be booked separately.
